Nothing here is medical advice
This site publishes public federal data and general information about egg donation. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a doctor who knows your history. Do not make a decision about a medical procedure on the strength of a website - any website, including this one.
We are not a clinic, an agency, an egg bank or a broker. We do not provide medical care, we do not run cycles, and we do not match donors with recipients.
What the clinic data is
- Figures come from the CDC Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Success Rates, 2022 final release, a public federal release. We republish it; we did not generate it and we cannot verify it independently.
- The measure is live births per embryo transfer. It is one measure among several and it is not the same as your personal chance of a live birth, which depends on your circumstances.
- A success rate is not a quality ranking. Clinics choose which patients to accept, and stricter acceptance produces better numbers without better medicine. The data cannot adjust for that.
- Cells the CDC suppressed appear as “Not reported”, and small samples as counts rather than percentages. Neither is a judgement about the clinic.
- The release runs roughly two years behind. A clinic’s current results may differ.
Money, and what it does not buy
We may be paid for clearly labelled listings, or a fee where we introduce someone to a clinic or agency with their agreement. What that never buys:
- Any change to a CDC figure, or its removal.
- A better position in any list. Order is by transfer volume or rate, never by payment.
- Softer wording, or the omission of an unflattering number.
Using the site
- Do not submit someone else's details.
- Do not scrape the site in bulk or resell the data as a dataset. The CDC publishes the raw file free and you should take it from the source.
- Do not use anything here to build a marketing list, or to contact people who submitted enquiries.
- Do not present material from this site as endorsement of a clinic or agency by us.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be available, complete or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. To the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything arising from your dealings with a clinic or agency. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.
