Privacy policy

Everything on this site can be read without giving us anything. There is no signup wall, no account, and nothing you have to dismiss to read a page. The two enquiry forms are the only places we ask for anything, and this page is mostly about them.

The commitment that matters most

We will never pass your details to a clinic, agency or egg bank without telling you who and asking you first. People considering egg donation are used to filling in one form and then being called by six agencies. That does not happen here. If we think an introduction would help, we say who, and you say yes or no.

What we collect

• If you are a prospective donor: your email, and optionally your first name, age, state, where you are up to, and your message. We record whether you ticked the box confirming you had read the risks, because we want to be able to show that it was put in front of you.
• If you are an intended parent: your email, and optionally your name, state, timeframe and message, plus which clinic page you sent it from.
• In both cases we store a one-way hash of your IP address to catch bots. The raw IP is never written down.

We do not ask for medical history, and we would rather you did not send it. If you do, we keep it in the enquiry and delete it on request.

Cookies and measurement

We use two measurement tools. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate and is cookieless. Google Analytics tells us which pages people actually find useful, and it does set cookies on your device to recognise a returning browser.

Given what people read here, two settings matter and both are off: Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled, so nothing you read on this site is fed into an advertising profile or used to build remarketing audiences. There are no advertising pixels, no social network trackers, and we never send the contents of a form to any analytics tool. Google truncates IP addresses before storing them. If you would rather not be counted at all, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on blocks it across every site you visit, and any tracker blocker will do the same here.

Who processes it

• Vercel hosts the site. Neon stores the database. SendGrid delivers the confirmation email. Google Analytics measures page views.
• That is the complete list. No CRM, no advertising network, no data broker, and no lead exchange.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live plus a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will, immediately, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your rights

Wherever you live you can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. If you are in California those are rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them; in the UK or EU they are rights under the GDPR. Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and our donor form declines anyone under 21.

Clinic information published on this site comes from the CDC’s public reporting and describes businesses, not you. If a clinic page is wrong, write to us.
